Hey lovelies, Happy Morning! It is getting brighter and warmer day by day here in Pune; looks like the chilly weather is fading away. This year we did not really have long winter though.
Today I would be reviewing Born Pretty Store 4cm XL Stamper Squishy Marshmallow Big Nail Art Stamper & scraper set. These days there are numerous sizes, shapes and makes of stampers that are being launched every other day in the nail art world. When I started stamping all I had was my Konad Double ended stamper and today I have such wide variety to choose from.
There were times when I used wait for my relatives/friends to come from US to get Nail stampers for me but now with wide variety of options available in market, one can easily get their hands on the different types of stampers.
This Born Pretty Store 4cm XL stamper is a Squishy Marshmallow jumbo sized stamper with 4cm diameter. It is very soft; one can directly press finger nail into it. I was lil scared that I might end up tearing the stamper head because of its softness :).
When I first took this stamper out of the packaging it was shiny, greasy and had some oily feel to it. I washed the stamper with dish washing soap to get rid of the greasiness. I tried to pick up images after that but they were not perfect so I did some priming just to remove the shine and cleaned the stamper head with lint roller a couple of times and voila it works like charm.
Here are some swatches using the Born Pretty Store 4cm XL Stamper Squishy Marshmallow Big Nail Art Stamper & scraper. I used regular polish and stamping polish for these swatches and the stamper worked great with both of them. Images are picked nicely with both rolling motion or by directly pressing down stamper on to the image. Scraper does a decent job.
